All guidelines mandated by the Government / local administration and not limited to Tourism Department must be strictly followed at all times, including temporary closure due to weather and other restrictions. Facilities or activities may change due to government rules or weather conditions.
Check-in: 12:30 PM | Check-out: 10:30 AM. Late stay after check-out: ₹500/hour, subject to availability.
Valid ID proof is mandatory for every guest at check-in (Voter ID/Aadhaar/Driving License). Kids’ ID is compulsory for accompanying children.
GST 18% applies on the booking amount.
Buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served only in the dining hall. No room service.
Buffets will not be served outside or taken away from the dining area and are not to be used as alcohol starters.
Starters ordered à la carte will be charged extra.
Outside food is prohibited / not allowed.
No activities are permitted after consuming alcohol.
All activities are subject to weather conditions and management discretion.
Drugs, Ganja, hookah, gambling and any illicit items are strictly prohibited inside the property.
Portable speakers are strictly prohibited.
Management will not be responsible for loss of valuables or personal belongings (including gold ornaments, bank cards, etc.). Guests must take care of their possessions.
Swimming pool: Head cap and nylon swimwear are mandatory. (Available on request, chargeable.)
Backup power will be available until 12:00 midnight. Rooms are equipped with emergency lights.
As per Government Order, music is allowed only until 10:30 PM.
Accommodation, meals, and activities for drivers are chargeable. Driver meal package: ₹1,500 for three meals.
Example for partial no-show in group booking: Booked for 10 guests @ ₹2,800 per head per night; only 8 show up → Billing = (8 × ₹2,800) + (2 × ₹2,800 × 75%) = ₹26,600
We’re happy to welcome pets! Please make sure to bring their food, bowl, bed, and other essentials for their stay. (Pets not allowed on guest bed.)
To keep the resort comfortable and welcoming for all, we request guests to handle all amenities with care. Should any item be damaged, broken, or lost, charges may apply based on the cost of repair or replacement. Management’s decision will be final and binding.
B. Governing Law & Liability
By availing our service and booking with us, the guest confirms all transactions arising from it shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Sakleshpura shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Guests expressly agree that GRK Resort, its owners, management, staff, and representatives shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss, damage, injury, accident, or delay, including but not limited to those arising from natural causes, negligence of third parties, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the management.
In the event of any claim, damage, or eventuality, the maximum liability of GRK Resort and its team shall be limited strictly to the total package amount paid by the guest, and shall not, under any circumstances, exceed that amount. All such liability shall be executed only by court order and/or competent government authority written order.
Guests acknowledge that participation in outdoor or adventure activities is voluntary and undertaken at their own risk, and they waive any right to hold GRK Resort or its team liable for any injury or loss incurred during their stay or participation in activities.
